With more than 27 years of experience, Rod is firmly established in the local banking industry. He joined the Seattle office of Washington Trust in June 2000 and provides banking services and counsel to a wide array of commercial operating companies, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.

Rod has extensive experience in structuring credit facilities to meet the complex needs of his customers including commercial credit requirements, real estate transactions, tax and estate planning techniques, and portfolio diversification strategies. His diverse background also includes experience in fee-based investment management and trust services, hedging and monetization strategies, interest rate and equity derivatives, and other alternative investments.

Rod graduated with a BA in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
