As a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer, Phil is directly responsible for a large and diverse portfolio of clients for whom he serves as a single point of contact within the bank. He counsels prospective and existing commercial clients by reviewing their overall financial position and advising them on financing options to help them achieve their business goals.

Phil holds a B.A. in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University. He joined Washington Trust Bank in 2005.
